Originally posted by Brent I think people tend to name their guitars/instruments/cars/etc. by the gender that is opposite of theirs. Like a guy would name their whatever with a girl name and a girl would name theirs with a guy name...somethin' like that.
yeah! Thats what I think....Mine is a girl name...
And so are all my guys friends guitars...
Hmmm...my guitar's name is Wart.
It's a Squier (shut up, it's my beginner guitar); therefore: Squier - squire - Wart, from the legend of King Arthur in general and The Once and Future King by T.S. Eliot in particular
Originally posted by Phil I wanted to give my guitar its own name, but it came named when I bought it from the store. It says "Taylor" on the top of the fret board, so I guess that's what it wants to be called.
Hey...ive got an acoutic, i got it for christmas...its a navy blue washburn and it needs a name! It's my first guitar...i was thinking chesson...any suggestions?
well ihave an amp that has an awesome overdrive dirty sound so i call it "dirty harriet" then i have a blues classic amp for my clean sounds and i call it "sweet georgia"
