Hear, hear!

The only thing that stops me from doing that is the fear that Hillary could get elected.

Yes Newt is a very good man. Maybe he could clean up the Republican party. It's just a shame that Guliani, a very liberal guy, is the main candidate. Newt could also balance the budget again.

What's wrong with having a progressive mindset? Why do you act as if all people who are "liberal" are identical in mindset?

We are fighting a war, but that can't possibly have anything to do with it. The main difference betw Rep and Dem is the Rep's TRY to lower taxes, even if they fail... the Dem's believe higher taxes are good.

On Iraq: It is also very self-satisfying to complain about Iraq, but we all take for granted that no bombs have dropped on our street. No suicidal bombers before Iraq???? Oh, forget it... this ain't worth it.
What drivel are you referring to? Sir, please keep your remarks on topic and quit acting like everyone in this forum is out to get you. We're talking about the Presidential Election in the upcoming year, not core differences between Democrats and Republicans, and a complete assessment of Clinton's presidency.
