What is a good way to expand a youth group?

My youth group used to be relatively large but now we are down to three people, myself included. We don't really have someone to lead us; we take turns teaching the lesson to the other two teens.
Does anyone have some good ideas as to how to bring more people in and keep them interested?

Also, any good topics to make a lesson about would be appreciated.

what I would do is pray, my church has had a similar problem, we started with 2 people, I am not included, and we have grown for 5 yrs, and we have over 30 members now.

Also I will send you some great topics to teach over....

PRAY!!!! Do what you can do, and let God do what He does best. It might take ages compared to what you want/expect, but God sees the bigger picture.

our group has the same problem! our youth leader just quit - as did our pastor - and it's only my sister, best friend, and myself left. it's a hard time, but like the others said, prayer is the best thing. holding youth events, like lock-ins or concerts, can help expand and minister to the unreached as well.

total experience with God does it.
praying worshipping meeting with people who experience God's power in their lives.
we found that even though we had cool nights and sweet programmes, the above was what drew the big crowds

that and lollies and coke
