Ok, this is where the backstory is the difference. Batman's story is still to me the most appealing of any Superhero. Obviously, Galactus is physically superior.

Batman, he's the Dark Knight. Not just a classic, but one of the best known. I like him over Galactus. My vote, the vigilante.
