I wonder if Opus could sue for character infringement.

The duck looks an awful lot like the penguin/whateveritis in the comic strip Opus.

I'm not really a fan of the strip myself, but it's super-popular with a lot of people.

Also, Mallard Fillmore outdates Opus. Thanks for sharing this, Fillmore isn't in my local paper anymore since i left Memphis.

The comic was funny, but that it took 11 post to come to the conclusion that there was no character infringement was not funny, or maybe it was funny. Or maybe its all ironic and not so much funny. Or maybe its hillariously ironic, and at the same time completely unfunny.


I just got off of work and my brain isnt functioning yet. My higher reasoning centers are turned off while im at work so that I dont have to think so hard about what Im doing or what Im being told to do.
