Mmmmm

I love a grading scale where you need a 97% for an A, while you can have a D, and pass, with a 55%.

Except anything below an A is evil when you are trying to be top of the class and you are the only person in your class to not have anything below an A. I WANT MY FULL RIDE TO ANY COLLEGE IN TEXAS...I am so frustrated right now.

Ok, not full ride. Whatever our administration says it is. They claim it to be full ride.

I am not saying that some unis don;t but the "full ride anywhere" is bunk.

And there is supposedly a prof at Loyla who has a 20 point grading scale... 80 and above is an A, but it drops off sharply after that. I forget who. I have heard he also gives C --- or C-+-.

I had a chemistry course once that had 95% as an A. I missed it by 0.5%, and got an A-. I was NOT happy about that.

Just be lucky you're not in the class I'm TAing, where the highest score after two exams is an 84%.
