It depends on what you're planning to use it for. For me the gradient doesn't seem to work. The text is very plain. The angled text doesn't do anything for the image. The rabbit and the rose don't do much either. However, it conveys pretty much what you want it to convey. It obviously has to do with rabbits.
What I would do is work on finding a good font, or if you're set on that font, then play around with it. Different colours, outlines, shadows, bump mapping, something to make it stand out. And definitely get rid of the angled text. Seeing as what you're advertising has something to do with rabbits, make that the background. What I would do is either take a photo or find one that shows rabbits off in the small area you have to work with, resize it to fit, and fade it so it doesn't detract from the text, but kind of frames it. You could still use a pink gradient but I wouldn't use whatever texture you have behind it, and I wouldn't fade it to grey. I'd go to white, or whatever colour the page is, or simply a lighter pink.
But those are just my thoughts.
