Two cosmic powerhouses. This is a seriously tough one for me. I love both characters a great deal. I need to give this one a bit more thought.

I've decided. Silver Surfer, FTW! Norrin Radd is a more intriguing character, a bizarre take on the idea of the savior of a world. In sacrificing himself for his planet, he doomed thousands of other worlds. That's an interesting inner conflict to have. Also, he rides a surfboard through space. That's awesome.

This is actually very close in my mind. But just the idea of Green Lantern as the universal police and all that is too cool for me to ignore. But then again, SS is a very interesting character himself. I'm going to give it to Lantern but this is another one where either could win.

DC did some pretty wild things with the Green Lantern storyline back a few years ago when Jordan went nuts and basically try to reshape the universe.

Silver Surfer all the way... for the same reasons as Skeeter pointed out. Not to mention the fact that I have always found Green Lantern to be an incredibly lame character. I'm sorry but... no I'm NOT sorry... his weakness is YELLOW things!! Come on!!
