My line-up:

Fender American Series Strat (ash sunburst body, maple fretboard)
Takemine EG530C acoustic/electric (for when the rolling power outages hit LA)
Fender Telecoustic (in semi-retirement)

I just got a new Tacoma C2C. It is awesome, all solid woods with rosewood back and sides. It's neck is three frets longer than most acoustics, so you can play really high up the neck. It would be a great guitar for playing lead. Sounds great as well. Crisp and clear. Check them out if you're looking at buying a new guitar.

my guitars

I have an old ovation accoustic that for sound and playabillity I would not trade for any guitar. I believe it is a "Custom" model.

I have a Bradley bass, old Japanese Fender Jazz copy I bought at a pawn shop for $10.00 20 years ago. I and others have compared this bass with others that cost $1000.00's and would not trade. God blesses.

Grace and peace, Sam

Okay I'll jump in here... Here goes...

Basses:
ESP LTD B-205
Yamaha BB300 (Modified Electronics and Pickups, defretted.)
'71 Gibson EB-0 (Very heavily modified!)

Guitars:
Cort Strat copy
Kay Acoustic
Very Very Old Harmony Nylon String Acoustic

Keys:
Roland JX-1
Yamaha DX21
1929 Wurlitzer upright grand piano (the centerpiece of our living room)

Not a very impressive list but with a wife who's a Domestic Engineer, two home schooled kids, a mortgage and a minivan (OUCH!!), finances get a little tight. BUY ALL YOUR DREAM GEAR WHILE YOUR SINGLE!!!!

These are all the instruments that are currently working, I have a few more that are in various stages of repair or disrepair.

Peace!

i have owned a Dean Exotica BB for about a year now- i got it at a guitar show on a deal - looks very pretty - solid spruce top, very shiny, nice sound, nice to play - for what i paid its an amazing guitar...

i have a question - for performing, i believe that ovations would be great to own because they'll always be plugged in - but instead of just spending like 400 on an okay ovation or maybe even an applause, should i just save up and get a taylor?

I've got an Alverez classical guitar. Dunno what model. And a Samick bass.

I'm looking into buying a Tacoma cb10 accoustic bass when i get the money. Tacomas are great guitars.
