Thumbs up

I own a Squire bass, it is an awesome starter bass, I have had it about 6 months and I am ready for a 6 or 7 string.

I have 2 basses one I accually play a Ibanez SG400 I love it, Light, GREAT play action, and looks good too. And I got a Squire, the one I learned on. Its ok for learning I guess but not recomended for playing shows I tried it for a few months with mine and it sounded pretty bad. But my new one sounds amazing

I own a Ibanez gax70 with the lower horn cut out for the highr playing. and a Goya by C.f. Martin it looks just like the dxme

I run my Ibanez through a peavey 15 watt, i use a boss ds-1 distortion tone cranked, distortionrealy low to give it a soft overdriven tone,a danalectro phazer, and a boss metal zone for those serious riffs

i started playing guitar 2 years ago when i was 36 and my first guitar was a Takamine Jasmine... it was pretty nice for a beginner, but i used to go to my local Mars and DROOL over Taylors..(lol) i finally chose a 312ce and i visited it for over a year and one day my Tak got cracked (dont ask me how ) and my brother offered to pay for half of my Taylor and that was it ..went to go get it at Guitar Center (about 200 bucks less than Mars) and they were out of the slim body 312ce and I couldnt wait to get one so I settled for a Martin slim body ( i dont remember the model #) well I played for almost the 30 days i had to return it and i would still go visit the Taylor..luckily GC is awesome and they offered to let me continue to use the Martin until my Taylor came 35 days later... so I am now the proud owner of my Dream guitar.. i love the fuller richer sound of the full bodied 400 and 600 series Taylors but I am a petite lady and my shoulder hurt playing the wider body style...
i played every guitar in both Guitar Center and Mars before choosing a guitar to purchase and nothing ever came close to Taylor..... i agree Heaven must be filled with Taylors..

ha! no one mentioned my guitar! its a Charvel Model 625D. Charvel is joined with Jackson also, they make the crazy electric guitars that you see. what makes my charvel so nice is that its a cherry sunburst and it has the master himself, Phil Keaggy, signed in the left corner of the sunburst. Beat that! haha, just kidding, I don't want to be boastful, I'm getting a 12-string Taylor
for my graduation present though coming up.

My first guitar was a Washburn acoustic
I traded some drums for some cash and a Washburn electric
But my baby, the second love of my life right under Jesus is my Taylor...

my guitar

I have to say I am very thankful to have all the gear that I have.....I have a very understanding wife. I play a 68 re-issue strat through a hughes and kettner stage twelve ( which actually has as much volume as a half stack marshall) I also am using a sans amp pre-amp. (yes it is for the bass, but it really spices things up) I also have an older Yamaha acoustic with incredible tone and a Ibanez nylon acoustic electric. If any of you Taylor owners want to play a strat I would be interested in a trade. My strat is about 850.00 It is a factory strat with Texas special pick-ups which are extremely hot and tonal.

my guitar

i own a charcoal black Rogue bass. i think im the only person in the world with this thing. it has a J pickup in the bridge and a P pickup by the neck. it really has good sound and is very light and playable for the price. im happy with it.

My baby.

Just recently bought a beautiful blue gloss Dean Exotica QSE. It's an AE with a great 5-band EQ. The online picture doesn't do it justice, and the sound is out of this world.

BTW, Just wanted to say that I have been a user of this site for quite a while now, but this is my first time to post here. Thanks to all who have a part in keeping this site up and running. I am a site designer and it is nice to come across a christian site that is well laid-out and has good functionality. Also like the lyric search in the tab section. Thanks Again

I have 2 guitars. An Carlo Robelli electric it has a pretty decent sound. And my baby a Guild acoustic with no pickup, but it has the sweetest sound in the whole world. Im not sure what kind of guild it is. Its like 20 years old. I tried looking it up on the internet, but that didnt help. Anyways sorry i love my baby.
