My favorites really aren't on this list, but my favorites on here are probably Hendrix and EVH.

I don't know who the best guitarist of all time is/was. He's probably not on the list. I'm guessing Segovia would be pretty close. Or some classical player who was around before we could record music.

My favorites are... I'll say Jimi Hendrix and James Hetfield. And Sam Beam of Iron & Wine.

Them are good too. I would have added, just on the country side (Mommy to the rescue), Chet Atkins, Vince Gill, Johnny Hiland, James Burton and a bunch more others. And yeah, how could you leave out Segovia?

And I've seen both Jimi and Phil, I like Phil better to be honest. He is more versatile and to me - that is a qualification for being the best.

Can we have an "Other" category?
