^Thank you. Energy drinks won't hurt you (Certainly its not good for you) as long as your not having 3 a day and like we said previously slowly drink them.

That is not true. They are full of stuff that will definitely affect you over time in a negative way.

Other than things I've brewed myself, the most effective energy drinks are Monster and Red Bull. Red Bull has a big taurine boost (an amino acid required for building neurotransmitters) compared to it's relatively low caffeine content of only 80 mg. Monster is more complex, with several other amino acids, plus ginseng. As far as taste goes, I don't mind Red Bull, although a bunch of people do. Monster comes in a bunch of varieties, and Lost is the best I've had. Assault tastes pretty rancid...

Just tried Monster Khaos the other day. It's identical to the regular monster except it's juice instead of soda. I prefer the regular...
