Who cares if it weighs a tad much, and isn't built to corner very well. It CLEARLY wasn't designed to do so. The Ford GT, it was, the Ford Mustang, it wasn't. So why complain about it if that's not even what it was made for. I don't many people saying the F-150 doesn't do particularly well on the track, for obvious reason, it wasn't meant too.
The new Shelby is pretty much a Supra by Ford. Stupid amounts of power easily made in a very very tough motor. Only thing is these cars actually go down the 1320 pretty well compared to Supra's.

Found the video for you guys. Intake, exhaust, pully, 75 shot and a tune. 9.96 @ 141 http://videos.streetfire.net/search/...9000e17ccb.htm | For a RWD car with a front engine setup, that was a nice hookup, with slicks granted, but still.

It's a boat of a car with a big engine. It's made to go in a straight line fast. That's it. |

| I wouldn't necessarily call the 5.4 "big". I mean, chevy is rolling a 7.0 nowadays, and Dodge has had the ole 8.3 in the viper for quite some time.
But yeah, it does what it was made to do well.

| I like racing as much as any other guy, in fact I go out racing every two weeks on a friday and saturday night no joke, but I also like to look at cars, admiring the beauty that God has given us on earth, in my town you can only race for maybe three to four blocks because of the cars in front of you, there are so many cars around here with a turbo installed, but they don't have the brains on how to use it, or they can't pop it off right. man, just try to make your car look good, what's the point of having nitrous oxide, a turbo, double headers, and all that if your car lloks like crap? |

| I would take a five-speed BMW 338i with ripped up paint and broken doorhandles in a heartbeat. It's all about the performance.

Speed looks good to some people, no matter what the paint job looks like. Quote:

| Indeed he did.
I can see the point (and fun) of having a quick straight line car. However, I would prefer something like an old VW, simply because of the surprise factor. Not to mention the fact that I could spend 20 grand building a drivetrain and not break 25 for the total project. |
