Did your Psychology teacher teach you psychology?
It would seam that my teacher is not interested in teaching us psychology. He doesn't plan to teach us anything for class, we are just supose to learn from the books. The class time is used for debate, which the teacher uses to mold people into his own beliefs. it's very very annoying. Anyone else have this problem with psych teachers?

I only took psych in high school...using a class for debate is pointless, unless you're debating psychology.

Honestly, it sounds like your teacher is wasting your time.

I had psych in Highschool and last year at my university. In highschool I had a looney with OCD, Paranoia, MDD, Insomnia, and Diabetes. He was fun. In college I had the most boring person ever who only wanted us to memorize facts. I never had a real psych class I guess...

I only had that issue with my History of Psychology class... thankfully, or I'd have a lot of pointless classes (since that is my major)! Then again, assignments were based on the teacher's personal views anyway, so I suppose it was for the best.
