Well, I'm sorry for not responding for so long. We are going to be doing some latin dancing as well. C, as I'll call her, loves to dance and we did a Cotillion class together several years ago. And now i found out C has a boyfriend.

I don't see the issue. I'm assuming her b/f knows that you are dance partners?

Ok... so let me get this strate... your story now consists of 2 girls, and two guys.

guy 1 = you,
Girl 1 = girl that likes you.
Girl 2 = your dance partner
Guy 2 = your dance partners boyfriend.

So the first question is.. do you like girl 1? If you like girl 1, then take her dancing. It's natural for her to feel jelious if she is uncertain of your feelings for her, or if you are doing something culturally romantic that does not include her. Ball room dancing has a romantic connection with it for many girls.

If you DON'T like girl 1, then the only delema is figuring out how to let her know that.

Actually its
guy 1 = you,
Girl 1 = girl that likes you.
Girl 2 = your dance partner
Guy 2 = Girl number 1's (?????) boyfriend (she calls him a special friend.)
Yes I do like Girl number 1, but as you can see, there is an issue with the boyfriend thing. I'm closing this because no longer need it, so anyway, yeah.
