I was very impressed with you this weekend because you were taking notes, writing things down...listening to others and writing those things down, too. When we met the next morning, you didn't need time to get ready...you were ready with your thoughts on the page.

Yes, you are quiet. But I know you are listening...and thinking...and applying. In life a lot of people talk and have nothing to say. When you speak, others better listen because it is from the heart. Continue to grow. As you do, you will find yourself speaking more and others will benefit from what you say.
