It's pretty hard to imagine The Downward Spiral working as an editing album to be honest. The Fragile, I can see, but not The Downward Spiral.

Also, I really really really second The Frail. That's my favourite NIN song by a long long way.

Wow - I just read a review that said they perform some Ghosts stuff live.
I just got a bit more excited and interested...

Words can't describe how good this show was.
The band was great, the visuals were stunning, and the song selection was fantastic. Not much else to ask for.
They played a bunch of songs off Ghosts, with mind blowing visuals, making them look like they were in a forest, in rain and underwater. Very cool stuff.
They also played Down In It, which I found very weird - I thought they had somewhat retired that song a long time ago? But when it came on the place went nuts.
Reznor also spoke a lot more then he did at the last show. Introduced the entire band, thanked the audience and the stage crew, and made an observation before playing hurt. "Before I play this next song, I just want to make an observation about Canada...You guys smoke a lot of pot...Every night, we have clouds and clouds of smoke float towards the stage"
Then at the beginning of The Good Soldier (IIRC), he messed up the first few words so then kept going, singing the melody with just "ah"s, until he sings "I...****ed up all the words...to the beginning of this song...I am only human" and continued with the song from there.
He sang phenomenally for the entire set, giving his all right until the very last song, In This Twilight, where his voice gave out trying to hit the higher notes on the end of the first chorus, but after that he changed the note and pulled it off fine.

Everybody. GO TO THESE SHOWS!

Yeah - Robin is selling a bunch of his older stuff too, including the 'Getting Smaller' Jazzmaster and a Warmoth strat.
