I think you're forgetting about Roy Williams & Mike Furrey & Kevin Jones. Calvin will be Detroit's 3rd reciever...I think he'll do fine with coverage.

Patrick Willis was the best rookie, hands down. Adrian Peterson was second best. He didn't play the full season, he doesn't deserve the award, in my opinion. Not only that, but Willis was phenomenal.

Willis was phenomenal, I agree, but how could you think that AP wasn't?!?! He made people look ridiculous! Kenoy Kennedy is still looking for his jockstrap and he is a good tackler, he's not a chump even though Peterson made him look like he was playing on a JV football team.

He was not good enough to make the all pro team. Willis was. That says something to me.

It is really hard to compare the two, and they were both fantastic.

Well, uh, Adrian did that to every safety. Really, once Adrian can get to the secondary its pretty much over (as it should be for every running back, but especially Adrian).

And to the title of this topic, potentially I think (after Adrian) Joe Thomas (O-line for Cleveland) and Calvin Johnson were the two next best. I know, CJ didn't have a phenomenal season, average at best, but, if you look at this guys frame and athletic ability, theres no reason that this guy shouldn't develope into one of the top NFL receivers. Hes 6''5, pretty darn fast, and can jump out the gym. Joe Thomas was also and All-Pro. After that, I don't really know a whole lot about Patrick Willis but he sounds like (according to you guys and the media) hes pretty good.
