Interesting idea for a thread...
Anyway, for me either Becoming The Archetype's "Elegy"(the very first one) or BTA's "The Epigone"(the very first one).

This negatively affected my tone in ways that I just can't describe.
Then, on a whim, a few years ago I wandered into a Bath and Body Works store at a local mall and picked up some of their gentle foaming anti-bacterial hand cleansers.
The difference in my guitar's sound is so wickedly improved that I no longer feel the need to buy a new amp or pedals or even strings...EVER!
So, it's my belief that tone is in the soap.
Thank you and goodnight. | |

| Heh, I feel lame that I have a "favorite scream", but my favorite Christian one is when Josh Scogin comes in on "Memphis Will Be Laid To Waste" on Norma Jean's Bless The Martyr, Kiss The Child. |

I also like Christian's screams at the end of "About a Burning Fire" for some reason. Very raw. |

| i like this thread, and i will say christian from Blindside. i don't know what song specifically, maybe After Your Gone, Put Back The Stars, or When I Remember
Blindside always has and always will be my favorite band of all time, not matter what kind of music I am into, they have always been number 1.
Christian has THE most emotional scream I have ever heard. Amazing.
Another would have to be Tim Lambesis from As I Lay Dying, another of my all time favs. Through all my life, Blindside and As I Lay Dying have been my favorite bands, and they both have my favorite screams.

| I believe we're talking about specific screams in specific songs, not just screamers. Josh Scogin does indeed have an impressive voice, but the OP is wondering which scream in particular you enjoy. |

| well it would still be Josh Scogin. In the new Chariot song (i believe it's Elvish Presley) his scream in the middle that's really long. |
