| And yet ironically enough, caffeine increases a person's susceptibility to agitation and anxiety... *grin*

I didnt know that. For me, it does exactly what I need it to do at different times.
Like when I need to sleep, I can drink a cup of coffee and a half hour later I am dead asleep (usually). Or when I need to be wired up and ready to go, it does that for me.
I think its more of a mental thing, but the caffein must have something to do with it.

| Caffeine stimulates the heart and respiratory system and has the bad habit of making people anxious, jittery and causes most to operate on a hair trigger if they rely on it to carry them through their day. For example, waking up and downing four 8 fl. oz. cups of a light roast coffee would kill their ability to be in a good mood or really feel at home anywhere. Then, after it wears off, such people find themselves crashing harder than before.

Dont participate in a coffee discusion if you are not interested in coffee. Go start your own thread.
The fact is, I enjoy it because I do not believe it is disgusting.
Anyways, Jason, I dont drink that much in a sitting. Maybe 2 cups throghout the day.
