Web Design Research Paper - Need a topic
The words "web design" and "research paper" should never be together in the same sentence, and yet this is what is assigned me. Anyone have ideas for a possible paper? I am thinking of a paper centered around effective usability, or the effectiveness of graphic design as applied to web design, but I can't think of any controls; and as soon as I focus on one of these topics, it spills out into another topic and loses focus.

How about the changes of Web Design in the past few years? I know a bit about that.

Hmm, that is an interesting idea actually. I am actually thinking more about doing a paper on the elements of user-centered design...but do you have any links to resources about changes in web design?
