Old girly Cartoon... need someone to rememeber it's name!!

Old girly Cartoon... need someone to rememeber it's name!!
There was an old girly cartoon, that i remember only vagly, but I can't remember anything much about it! The stars are similar to Sailor moon, except they are little girls (12 at oldest), rather then teen agers. I know their clothing is often rainbow, and stars are prominent.. and I think one of them has a strange looking dog.

that's all I remember about it any ideas??

I LOVED Rainbow Brite growing up. I had like 7 Rainbow Brite dolls.

Some of those are on.. Now....

Anyways.. The girliest thing I watched.. Sailor Moon.. Along with Captain Planet.. Captain Planet though.. ruled.. and You know what. So did Sailor Moon.. Moonlight Night. So owned Tuxedo Mask (Isn't ashamed of his great memory)
