Marcos back?
Is it true that Marcos is coming back as the fifth member of POD. That would be awsome if he was!

Yes, it's true. They're performing together on Jimmy Kimmel's new years special, and Marcos will help write songs for the next album.

So, if Marcos is back with P.O.D., then what's gonna happen with The Accident Experiment? Is P.O.D. gonna be Marcos' side project or is The Accident Experiment?

aXe announced on Myspace that they're on indefinite hiatus, though they didn't say why.

This is probably the reason.

Marcos probably realized he was running out of money and he needed to do another stint with POD to get some cash.

I just checked P.O.D.'s Myspace, and in the section where they list the band members, Truby's name wasn't there. Does that mean they kicked Truby out? Or is he still in there?

so marco is the old guitarist, and brotehr to one of the members of POD right?
personelly i don't like the stuff Truby did with P.O.D on the last album anyway. I prefer the old guy, Truby kicked with living sacrifice.

I don't think Marcos was related to anyone in the band. He was just a good friend.

Yeah, but Living Sacrifice has already broken up, so he can't go back to them. I think it would be sweet if Marcos and Truby teamed up and both played guitar for P.O.D. instead of having them only using one.

Just like we wouldn't have imagined they'd dismiss Marcos right before they started working on Payable on Death.



*Note* I am not bad-mouthing P.O.D., but if they could release Marcos like they did, I'm sure they wouldn't have any trouble releasing Truby.

Well, turns out that the new P.O.D. lineup is going to be;

Sonny Sandoval - Lead Vocalist
Marcos Curiel - Guitarist
Jason Truby - Guitarist
Traa Daniels - Bass
Wuv - Drums


Truby is still in the band; they just got Marcos back. I can't put into words how stoked I am about this! It'll be really nice to hear some dual guitar work on the next CD.

wow, awesome, no kidding, the last one sucked. For me, not my style. I wanna see more 'Alive' stuff.

i was once reading this book, "every man Gods man" i think, and i think the author said he was cousins to 2 of the P.O.D members, si i thought they must be brothers in the band. I may be mistaken.
