Jean Dujardin is a French comedian / actor with a bent for characters who are hilariously stupid. In Brice de Nice, he plays a 30 year-old surfer who never grew up, whose father is rich, but is arrested for shady business, so Brice is forced to actually go out and get a job.
In OSS 117, he plays Hubert Bonisseur de la Bath, codename OSS 177, a French secret agent working undercover in Egypt to break a terrorist ring that's threatening operations on the Suez Canal. Utterly and completely inept as he may be, he still has a great deal of success. Though the OSS 117 series came out five years before James Bond, Jean Dujardin takes the role in a way that mocks Fleming's character, or more precisely, the Hollywood portraits of Bond.
Brice I know is subtitled in English, and I'm sure that OSS 117 is too, so if you ever get the chance to see them, it's worth it. Of course, a lot of people won't find it funny, because it's French humour, and it's not the same as over here, but you never know.

Watch Brice de Nice and OSS 117 or have Kyle pester you about it for the rest of your life.

Hi, coquine! Excuse-moi, mais j'ai eu complètement l'impression à tout à l'heure que tu me prennais pour un emmerdeur. C'est vrai, je t'emmerde. Là, j't'ai cassé!
