Ahh... to come back and see where I was.

I've pretty much gotten over this, although I don't think things will ever be the same between me and her, and I miss her from time to time... we talk every once in a while, but things always seem weird, so it has been less and less.

That's okay though... all things go.

Just for a side story, when ever i think about the girl i was madly in "love" with i realize that it was just infatuation. I regret all the time wasted and all the pain i went through but o well thats all part of growing up.

So yes I know this is almost horribly dead.... but bigpirate, You aren't alone. Most of that story was me EXACTLY.

It got weird between us for a long time, but now we are best friends. It took me a loooong time to get over her, but I eventually did, and now our relationship has never been stronger. Sometimes I still wonder 'if' but I try not to, and instead, I notice things that would have been major problems HAD anything worked out between us, and I thank God how he has made our relationship instead.

She's been my glimpse into the species of Female, and helped me deal with my female misunderstandings. I wouldn't trade her as my best friend for anyone else in the world.
