Talking What style of music do you play most???

Well...... this is pretty self-explanatory. Soo.... what all do y'all play??

I play mostly P&W, Classical, hymns, and soft rock/new age type improvisational stuff. (hard to explain that last one..... I just go nuts with suspended chords, minor sevenths, add 9's and stuff like that)

Long answer:
As a beginner, I went through all that clasical stuff... then I tackled 2 Rag standerds(Maple Leaf Rag + Weeping Willow Rag). Now I'm playing Jazz standereds to learn all the l33t Jazz voicings and chords, but I hope to get some church music that I can apply this wisdom to. I also wanna get some more modern peices, like some old famous rock things or new R&B. Stuff to impress the ladies, 'ya know?

Short Answer:
Jazz, baby.

oooh, I would love to play Jazz. I listen to it a LOT but I don't seem to know what to do on the piano. I sound like a total loser when I try messing around with it. So I stick mostly to classical. (But of course lots of P&W for church)

BTW, classical impresses the quality ladies

I'm not even in to heavy jazz yet. I havn't learned my Penatondonionwhatever scales and only improvise around a basic scale/harmony with differnt chord voicings.
But all you need to do is practice and learn lots of chords!

What jazz do you listen to?
