push "post reply" and go down and right before you submit rely there is a button that says :Manage attachments (something like dat) got it?

when you click 'post reply' there is a icon thats yellow w/a mountain on it and a square to the right and above the mountain.click that and put in the URL of the image then 'OK' then Submit Reply.
