My friend suggested a blow up the moon card. I told him it would be very unfair to any player that holes up on the moon. Thats mainly because my strategy involves holing up on the moon.

Another friend suggested a card that not only blows up everything on the moon, but the moon crashes into the earth and renders one of the continents annihilated, as well (determined by a d6 roll), not to mention all of the ocean colonies that have direct borders with that continent get hit by a massive tidal wave and are knocked out. All of these territories are treated as devastated lands until the end of the game.

Risk Godstorm is semi-similar to Risk 2210 and it has a "sink Atlantis" card. Great stuff.
