| Real cornbread. It's just not the same elsewhere.
And real sweet tea. Half cup of sugar in a gallon is not sweet, and making it weak is a sin. The only thing that makes good strong sweet iced tea better, is a hint lemon.

| Dixie's BBQ is the closest thing that we have in Seattle to real Barbecue. This restaurant features a guy who walks around with a pot of foul tasting "The Man" and attempts to ladel it onto your otherwise tasty meal. As long as you confront him initially and maintain good eye contact, you can stare him down and enjoy real southern grub. |

I worked in a BBQ store, I know real Southern BBQ, no man should be walking around ladling anything onto your food.
