If you can find one, in terms of versatility you would be hard pressed to beat it. They are special, and they are that little bit different from everyone elses sound.

You also may be able to find some old JCM 800 or 900 heads lying around which are pretty awesome too. Might be worth getting an attenuator if you do though.
