help with backflip

can somebody help me with this
i dont know what im doing wrong
aside fromt he obvious fact that im not landing on my feet

Break your ribs. You need to haul your knees up and beat those suckers against your chest as hard as you can. metaphorically. Like, they won't hit, but you need to do your best to make them. You are over the fear part, which is awesome, so it will be easy for you.

Just throw your head back and haul your knees in and I think you should turn over. And if you don't it's just a matter of practice and jump height.

hmm i think i need to practice that for a while

does anyone know how to do a front flip standing?
i can do one if i get a running start but i want to be able to do it without running does anyone know how to do this?

I don't know of any good way to do a standing front flip. But if you ever learn I want to see you run BACKWARDS and do a front flip. That would be incredible.

You should probably wait until you have some more experiance to do standing front flips.

Tricking can be very fun. I hope you make it far Ryan.
One piece of advice though, the first day you figure the backflip out, and do it 30 times or so, you will be SORE the next couple of days. So be prepared.

your too tense, dont lock ur legs as much bro, just flow and bend ur knees when u stick it
