Guys (and girls) Something I have noticed over the last few months, satan is on the offensive and there is a lot of spiritual atcack. Ive seen some of the leadership fall... people that brought me up in the lord, people that I respect and its very painful to see that happen. but there is to many to be coinsidence, take a minute and look over your life all you leaders and if nessasary make your life right with Jesus. Sometimes we all just need a reminder of where we are at, its so easy to get sidetracked so please pray for strength to stand when you are tempted, for courage to share Jesus' love. people sometimes look up to you more than you think.

right! and i too witnessed leaders and people whom i've hold in highest regard fall, and it's really discouraging..

maybe it'll be good to site areas in life wherein we usually give in to temptation....

Well... hate to say it, but Satan hasn't just been on the offensive the past few months. He's constantly on the attack but we just don't notice it until something major happens. And the big things only happen because of little sins here and there that build and "give birth to death" (see James 1:14-15).
We must be constantly vigilent, not just when we "see" Satan attacking.

I have noticed that as well. The three people who brought me towards the Lord have all turned away (although I have faith that someday they will return), not in the become an atheist sense but in the stopped caring sense. And, I have to admit, I have seen myself going down this same road lately, experiencing the same things that they experienced.

I've noticed the same thing in my life, my daily strugles distracting me from my relationship with Jesus. Its a strugle to stand but remember God is in control and He has already won the victory. My biggest strugle is I know God is there for me logicaly but emosionally I feel abandond, this doubt planted in my heart is the means of a lot of pain. God tells us in his word to have faith even though we can not see, its easyier said than done but it is possible with God's strength. I think the easyiest way to keep from falling off the edge is not to see how close we can get without falling but to stay as close to Jesus as we can.
