#1 | | Dragon of Spirit | revenge of "the ground is cupboard in that white stuff again" So, SW Ontario got nailed today. In the scourse of an hour, the ground is white. Apparently it swept in from Northern Michigan. It's not even half way through October yet!!!!

I hear it doesn't really snow in Vancouver, rather, it rains for four months straight. We shall see. The fall is beautiful so far, though. |

| I was transferring a computer from one building to another in the middle of it... towels came into play shortly thereafter.
BTW, Chris... I think Dale and Diane have moved to Star Trek since the demise of Nordia Corunna... if you see them, tell them I say hi and that I've been thinking of them.

| It started snowing yesterday just as I started reffing a soccer game. We called it pretty quickly as the poor girls' fingers were getting frozen...
It came out of nowhere though. Saturday was sunny, it rained a bit overnight, then we had a sudden hail/snowstorm in the middle of Sunday, but it turned sunny again in the early evening. Ridiculous. |

| It's warmer here than it was last year. Last year, they had to plough the parade ground for the Rememberance Day parade, and my boots were all salt-stained. Today, it was raining. Here's to winter holding out for a bit longer...
