Behringer makes one that's dual-channel (passive) in a single box about the size of an average effect pedal. Actually, I think it has the option of using a battery, too. Definitely not the high quality caliber you'd want to depend on day in and day out, but for a few times a month or something it's just fine. We've used it with our Alesis Micron for a few months now without any trouble.

well, i'm trying to find a regular gigging band... so i do want something to use quite often..
