Theres a great ammount of baseball players that are in great shape. Some of the fastest athletes in all of sports play baseball (Carl Crawford, Ichiro, Jose Reyes, Scot Podsednik).
It does have its fair share of out of shape players, but really, only about 1 of 15, or even more players are in bad shape. A good example would be the beloved Sean Casey, who as a matter of fact in the ALCS hurt himself running to first base. But really I cant think of many players who are in "Bad Shape", but I guess you could say they are not necessarily all in "good shape".
