How will I know it's time to give up, and junk, or sell a car?

Ok here is the deal, right now I have 2 vehicles.
1. 96 Ford F150,
2. 96 Chevy Blazer

The Blazer is giving me fits.
Here is what has been repaired so far: (that I know of)
4 Wheel Drive,
CV joints,
A arm bushings,
New Brakes,
Air conditioning,
Water Pump,
Idler pulley,
Tensioner pulley,
Serpentine belt,
Radiator,
and I recently put new Cooper tires on it.

I bought it earlier in the year for 2000.00, and I have put about 1500.00 into it. Everytime I fix it I think that it will be the last time I will do anything to it.

Here is what is going on now.
It is missing.
On top of that, the front in is still popping alot, (sounds like it is going to break) and pulling to the left. It will pop and go straight and then it will pop again and pull.

Here is what I am wanting to know, how will I know when to give up? I have already done so much, and I don't want to sell it after I fix it this time if it is going to be the last.

if it was my truck i would try to fix it, because i love trying to fix automotive stuff. if i couldn't fix it i would try to sell it and if i couldn't sell it then i would junk it i guess.

that's exactly my opinion as well.
