I was done at 16s and after stretching it and letting it fill a few times I am up to 3/4 inch. Like I said, I have stretched a few times now so if you have any specific questions feel free to ask me.

my moms friend's husband has his ears stretched. and its freaking huge. like the size of a quater almost.

Not all stretched ears smell. If you are using metal or plastic they will, but if you use wood or I *think* bone they will not. I have been using wooden plugs for about 2 and a half months now and I can honestly say they do not smell at all.

see i didint stretch mine that much. I streatched mine so its about as big as what jeremy camp has.
