I'm glad that I decided to wait the five minutes it took for the picture to load.

(dial-up)
The painting is cute! I love the reflection of the duck in the bottle, and the distorted apple reflection is also quite good, as well as the apple as a whole- you've got the right tone maps to make it look like an apple, if you know what I mean.
One thing I think may improve your painting is a tad more contrast. Use some more darker tones as well as lighter tones rather than a range in the middle of the scale. This lack of tonal contrast is most evident in the yellow plane beneath the objects; to the eye, it appears flat because there isn't much shadow beneath the objects. Also, because of the way the light seems to be coming from, there should probably be shadow on the apple from the spiral thing (a shell?) positioned in front of it.
I commend you on the composition and proportion of the still life, you did well in that respect. Also, you have successfully rendered materials- i.e.: the tinted glass of the bottle, the shiny metal of the padlock, the skin of the apple and the texture of what I assume is a seashell. The reflections of the objects in the reflective meterials is stunning and gives a lot of depth to the picture, although that is detracted from with the seemingly flat ground beneath the objects.
