Devil Wears Prada, The

Has anyone heard of these guys? They're an awesome hardcore/screamo/metal band. I found out of them by purevolume.

TDWP is getting it's due recognition.
Good talent, and the keys add an element that isn't the norm in the hardcore/metal world. I like it.

yeah idk sorry for the revival but these guys are so worth a ressurection

i just found these guys by pure chance the other day and i haven't stopped listening since. They are amazing and their lyrics are just as good

one thing that bothers me is that the song titles are totally random ie: Dogs can grow beards all over, Swords dragons and diet coke, who speaks spanish? colon quesadilla

but i'll get over that little pet peeve b/c these guys are just so great!

I'm not sure what the big fuss is over these guys or their label mates Drop Dead, Gorgeous. I guess it's just the fad in the "scene" right now.

When you call anything with harsh vocals "screamo", it makes as much sense as calling anything with distorted guitar "heavy metal".

Exactly. I love metalcore but this is just getting redundant.

I know what you mean. These guys are good, but when you stand them up to the already huge amount of metalcore bands out there, they seem almost inferior.

These guys sound like a little more toned down version of Symphony in Peril. I'll stick with SIP.

There are several things my friend(who knew the band members personally before they became popular) told me that made me lose a lot of respect for these guys.
