| considering Line 6 Hey guys....well I'm considering a line 6 amp...and I'm thinking around a 200 dollar budget so to speak....I was thinking about the Line 6 spider....so anything suggestions or info would be appreciated....

$199 at your local Guitar Center or Musicians Friend
I wouldn't look at the smaller versions of the SII unless they're strictly for home practice.
Also, I'd budget for an extra $100 to eventually buy the FBV Express controller if you intend on using the amp live and need to access the 4 channels/tuner/volume/wah/tap tempo in an instant. |

| Good choice. It is definitely one of the best budget amps out there. I agree that you should budget for a future purchase of the FB4 footswitch - it is incredibly helpful, and definitely essential for live playing.
