I found the camera. Here are the pics of the tubes and the retention springs... any ideas how to take the tubes out???

Right now im not sure if the thing rattling is the tube itself, or the retention springs... is there a way to figure this out??? Also if I take the tubes out... is there a way to discharge the current in the amp so i dont get shocked and it is safe???

unless something is wrong, there shouldn't be any shock hazard with simply removing the tubes.

as far as those retention wires go (they definitely aren't the springs I was thinking of), I have no idea.

Just grab the tube, and pull down. Those springs shouldnt stop them from being pulled out...and as long as the amps not on when you pull them out, there shouldnt be a risk (besides dropping the tube on a cement floor or something )

Well, just pulling is a bit difficult, so wiggle them side to side a bit while you're pulling.
