Heather Clark? anyone? need her song.

looking for a song I heard JUST ONCE, visiting another church. I remember that at the bottom of the overhead, it said "Heather Clark", but I can't find anyone else who has ever heard of her or the song. Song goes:

When I look to the cross ... (then - uh - something else profound)....

chorus: I exalt you, forever, forever and ever.

vs. 2: When I look to the blood, to the stripes on his back
When I'm feeling discouraged and under attack
When I look to the cross, when I think life's unfair,
I look to the grave and see that there's nobody there.

Heather Clark and all her music seems to have dropped off the face of the earth . . . or maybe I just dreamed it all. Can anybody help?

Cool.

I found a CD in our local book & music, it's live worship from "the Feast," which is her church, as I understand. Too lazy to go check the title, but it has a pic of a kid swimming on the cover. Thanks for the reply, I'm on the lookout for "undivided focus" now. Thanks!
