Taylor, the singer from that band kind of reminds me of you. His crooked smile just looks like you, lol.
How are you?

I know what you mean though, I've been quite busy with school as well. Let us know what's going on when you can.

Well. Lots of stuff going on.
School has been killing me, and in between classes, work, and the band life has been pretty full.
Right now I am trying to finish my proposal for my honor project. It is a real pain... I turned in a rough draft and it had some problems in it, and was a little too short. So, I need, right now, to add 4 to 5 pages of bibliography, and around 2 or 3 pages of material.
Anyway, I am excited. The project is over Derrida and the implications of deconstruction and its application both to the text and the life. I will be working at it from a Christian perspective in particular and seeing how this may either affect positively or negatively scripture or the philosophical implications to the life of the Christian.
Other than that, I have a paper due on the 16th, one on the 19th, and one on the 30th... not looking forward to starting them. I have been super procrastinating.
The band is going good. Our bass player quit, thank God. He was a total ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺, so it was about time!
Oh, and Alyssa and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary on Halloween.
So, yeah.

| We were Bonnie and Clyde. It's pretty cool because our actual anniversary is on Halloween. Ocotber 31st, 2006 3:32 pm, approximately!
We went to Applebees and ate supper. It was a little awkward. We were set by the bar at first in those high tables, but we both felt awkward because of the height so we got a booth and went from having a waitress to having some older waiter who was a little annoying Oh well.
We also went to see "The Vampire's Assistant". It wasn't exactly the best movie, but it wasn't horrible either. It was a good date, all in all.

There is this really cool "spot" near where I work and owned by my company and I was planning on fixing it up really nice. Putting up lights and whatnot, putting out a table, and making her a dinner of some sort, just making everything slightly romantic. Anyway, earlier that daym right when it gets dark I was going to test the lighting and everything and get someone to help me with taking a picture of the moment when I ask her.
RipVanWinkle, on here, was going to help me. I was going to have him hide in the shadows and take a picture (which would have been perfectly coreographed earlier in the day so it captures everything I want). Anyway.
Now, I am not sure. Is this a cruel idea? Is it stupid?
It also was suggested to me that I should act real sad and make her thing something was wrong, and then pop the question so it is a total surprise. That also sounds a little cruel. Idk...

| This will be one of the worst weekends ever.
Premise: I have three research papers due this month, two of which are due on the 19th.
So, this weekend I am planning on working on two of them and getting them done. Sometimes I have a hard tim getting into the mood to write lengthy research papers, but I have to do it.... I am so tired, though. I stayed up until four this morning working on a proposal. And I am a little ticked off. The proposal is due Monday, and my prof hasn't sent me the corrections, or anything, about it yet. He is supposed to work closely with me so I can get it as perfect as possible..
I am not entirely sure I want the proposal to pass! So much effing work... The amount of research I have put into the topic has been enormous, but I really don't want to have to worry about this for the next year and a half... however, it can count toward a Master's Degree for class hours, apparently. AND, most importantly, I get to wear a cape when I graduate!

| That doesn't sound lame at all. I remember for Leigh Ann's senior prom I took her to the park where we first "went out". It was more of just a place for casual conversation. Instead of taking her out to eat I took her there and made her a ham sandwich with her favorite ham and her favorite potato chips. I wrote a letter to give to her while we were eating. She cried tears of joy. It was really brilliant and didn't cost me much. Sometimes the best things in life are cheap.

Gosh. I think the first place we went out was the movies... but, I bet tying the movie into what weare doing would be a pretty cool idea, if she remembered!
Well, I am glad you didn't think my idea sounded lame. I just don't want her to
1) Freak out because some guy is hiding in the shadows
2)By some weird chance be in a bad mood and embarrass me in front of Jeff the ninja photographer
or
3)Say "no"
But, I think I can rule out number three for sure!
