Hi everyone I had this idea for an album cover, and I would like to know if this was appropriate, for a Christian album.

Try redoing the concept with some pastels on paper, some acrylics, or even in a downloadable program. It would look better. Then we could give you a better opinion.

Appropriate? Why would it not be?

As for my opinion on it....umm... well, what is it? It looks like you just went crazy in MS Paint with no direction. I really don't know where to start on giving advice because there's really nothing to say other than forget this version and completely redo it... and not in Paint. What exactly is your concept for it?
