A few sent-in prayer requests (from close friends)

One of my friends from church asked me last night to keep her friend Rachel and her husband Dustin in prayers. Dustin has Leukimia and is right pretty much on his death bed at the hospital now. If he dies, his wife Rachel is gonna be a widdow and she's WAY TO YOUNG to be that. They are currently newlywed's have not even been married past 3 months now. So please keep him in your prayers.

Also one of my other friends is dealing w/ the fact that her grandmother who she is very close to is passing away as well. Please keep them in your prayers.

Christians often ask why God does not speak to them, as He is believed to have done in former days.

When I hear such questions, it always makes me think of the Rabbi who was once asked how it could be that God oftend showed Himself to people in the olden days while nowadays nobody ever see's HIm.

The Rabbi replied: "Nowadays there is no longer anybody who can bow low enough."
