Thank you guys!
I should be binding it with bloodwood soon....but not sure if I can do it before the 21st! I'll be going on a vacation to a Christian Convention Center in 2 weeks. I'll see what I can do!

Anyway....I'll keep you posted.

zapp196, the guitar is not yet finished... while I have yet not decided what finish to use on this one, it will probably be glossy....

Thanks for the compliments....

I prefer a satin to semi-gloss laquer finish myself (like on the Seagull I just bought ).

For something that nice...definitely gloss. Shiny is good.

Ditto. I'm not big on high gloss finishes. Although, it wouldn't be a deal breaker on a great guitar. They can be pretty to look at, but the fingerprints annoy me. My only playable acoustic right now has a gloss finish on it.

Yea, i know that there is no finish on the guitar . I have always been partial to the non-glossy finishes. i have takamine, it has something like a lindseed oil finish, that's on of the main things that sold on it. peace

I usually prefer the satin type finishes on acustics...but on wood that beautiful, I think a gloss would REALLY bring out the texture of the grain...and protect it a bit more.
