When there is a fire
Burning inside
If it is love or anger
This emotion I must hide
Anger when I find out
Someone has lied
But love when I'm to someone
And forever tied

with my heart beating
i can barely breathe
i feel so far from
reality

everything is spinning
i can't see straight
i must be dreamin
but i'm awake

why cant i believe
wish i could feel
that this is the truth
that this is real

i can't tell if i'm dreamin
cause the concepts are the same

but if it is a dream
then how can i feel so alive

what great thing have i done
to be taken from this morbid pain
and brought into this forever-bond
that i do not deserve

you've brought new meaning
to the word perfection

from my corner i see nothing
no, nothing but you
and our future
together

i can not comprehend
with all that HE's given me

do you remember the pain in my eyes
it was so deep
though i vaguely remember
you've helped me forget

with all who i was, i thought you'd despise
like anyone else
but then i noticed
your sweet perfection

as i always did
but thought it was a dream
that could never come true
no, not for me
i was the sad story that never got published
and was thrown into the furnace
just to watch the fire blaze
and embers glow

oh, the blasphany to crush somthing so fragile

tears of blood ran down my cheek
the pain my soul could no longer take

now my eyes cry tears that shine
thanks to you, my silver line

and so it begins...

the lack of struggle, pain, and heartache
the end to my emptyness inside

and birth of my ever joy and happines
thus, now i can sleep at night

with my troubles gone
and scars erased
i thank you for picking me up
off the dead cold floor
and embracing me with your warmth

the warmth i needed

thanks to you, i am no longer numb
