| If English is your first language, then Greek would be more familiar because of the cognates.
But neither of them is easy. |

but yea, what intentions would you place with greek v hebrew? |

| I speak Hebrew, it's my second language.
I learned it in less than a year.
But my mom for example still can't speak it right, although we live in Israel for 8 years now.
Greek is a lot harder. |

| at the time I posted that, I was taking Biblical Hebrew.... This semester however, I'm taking modern Hebrew...it shall be interesting to see the difference. |

| I've heard that ancient and modern Hebrew are quite different... so much so that some linguists place them in completely different language families.

| Yea, however my Biblical Hebrew teacher did teach us the alphabet using modern Hebrew pronunciations.. so at least that will be the same. |
