New way of life and eating.

Recently, my family and I have decided to put me on a dairy free, and very moderated wheat diet. We are doing this to see if it will help some health problems I have.

Anyways, I was just wondering if people had good recipes for every meal that are completely dairy free, and have very little to no wheat.

I am open, so share away. But keep in mind, I am not wealthy, so I cannot go out and buy all this fancy food.

Nathan, are you trying to go gluten-free or is it just wheat that you are trying to restrict?

Right now I am eliminating dairy, to see if it helps. And I am simply eating gluten lightly. I think that is what I am doing, I don't think it is just wheat that we are staying away from.

In that case, take a look at the Costco Frozen Chicken thread in this forum. Most of the recipes are dairy-free, with the exception of the ones with creamed soups, which may have dairy solids. Be sure to get your calcium from somewhere.

Mate, completely dairy free. How's that going by the way?
It's really just a matter of looking at the ingredients list before you buy stuff.
I mean, you've still got rice, fish, meat, poultry, veggies, fruit, and other stuff. It's just a matter of putting stuff together.
