Showbread

Does ANYONE know who showbread is? There like a reely goo dband, and there sound is different. And yes they are Christian. Think of this thread as a "review" on Showbread.

I like Showbread, though they're clearly "trendy" and fairly generic. Let's send this to Individual Artists - S.

showbread is amazing

i love their two bigger songs "mouth like a mgazine" and "dead by dawn" i always find myself randomly singing their songs...and then when i walk by my mom singing the lyrics "such pretty skin, give it to us"...she freaks out....and yeah

I like Showbread...

..they seem very organized, and of course, I love the screaming, haha.

I think it was one of the vocalist's testimonies that i read on their site that made me like them a lot...

I'd rate them a 6 outta 10, I like some of their songs but then again I'm not a big fan of screamo either.

I have three favorite bands...Switchfoot, Led Zeppelin, and Showbread. I know all the songs on 'No Sir, Nihilism is Not Practical' and I just have to say, the lyrics are just amazing. I can't scream myself so I mostly just talk the songs but yeah..I love Showbread. Josh Dies is amazing.

Good screamo band, if you like Underoath or Dead Poetic. Chances are you'll like them.

they are not Screamo, yes they screamed on their old CD but that doesn't mean screamo... screamo is a very specific genre and Showbread is NOT screamo

Showbread seems to think they are.

Showbread is most definitely screamo. They do use a retro sound of sorts in their music, but they are definitely screamo.
